Research Staff

The Nobel Museum’s Research Department consists of eight researchers. The research activities at the department deal with historical, cultural and social aspects of modern science, medicine, peace, literature and economy, as well as Alfred Nobel and his time, Nobel laureates and their works, and museology.

The research of the curators is often linked to exhibition work; in preparation for an upcoming exhibit on Alfred Nobel for example, they deal with networks, innovation, engineering and gender in collaboration with external scholars.
